BASEMENT IS NONSPRINKLERED, TYPE VB CONSTRUCTION, "S 2" OCCUPANCY. 2) ALL WORK MUST COMPLY WITH THE 2009 IBC, IMC, IPC, IFGC, IFC, IECC AND MANUFACTURERS INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS. 3) ALL WORK MUST COMPLY WITH THE CONDITIONS OF THE IRONBRIDGE PUD. 4) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION, 1500 PSF. 5) AN NFPA 13 AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS REQUIRED PER 2009 IBC SECTION 903.2.1.2. LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT SHALL INSPECT SPRINKLER SYSTEM, ALARMS, EXTINQUISHERS, AND OTHER PERTINENT IFC REQUIREMENTS. FIRE DISTRICT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR CO/FINAL INSPECTION. 6) TYPE 1 COMMERCIAL KITCHEN HOOD REQUIRES AN AUTOMATIC FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM PER 2009 IMC, SECTION 509 AND SHALL BE INSPECTED BY THE LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. FIRE DISTRICT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR CO/FINAL INSPECTION. 7) COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SHALL INSPECT THE COMMERCIAL KITCHEN INSTALLATION AND PROVIDE AN APPROVAL REPORT PRIOR TO CO/FINAL INSPECTION. 8) ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL 15 REQUIRED FOR CO/FINAL INSPECTION. 9) ACCESSIBILTY REQUIREMENTS PER 2009 IBC, CHAPTER 11, AND ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003.
