AUGUST 19, 2013
A twenty-one foot wide parcel of land for a proposed lease parcel situate in Lot 2,
Section 3 in Township 5 South and Range 96 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in
Garfield County, Colorado and being described as follows:
Considering the west fine of the northwest quarter ofsaid Section 3 as bearing
North 01° 53' 20" West, a distance of 2654.15 feet and with all the bearings contained
herein being relative thereto. The termini of said line being monumented with brass caps
set by the U. S. General Land Office survey in 1917.
PARCEL A
Conunencing at the Northwest comer of said section 3; Thence, South 88° 36' 46" East a
distance of 2711.39 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; also being a corner of the
existing lease parcel,
THENCE, North 25° 49' 17" West a distance of 21.00 feet;
THENCE, North 64° 10' 43" East a distance of 74.41 feet;
THENCE, South 25° 49' 17" East a distance of 21.00 feet ± to a corner of the existing
lease parcel;
THENCE, South 64° 10' 43" West a distance of 74.41 feet f along a line of the existing
lease parcel to the Point Of Beginning.
The above described parcel of land containing 1,563 square feet or 0.04 acre of land, and
is subject to any easements, conditions and/or restrictions that may exist on or within its
Iines.

1, Richard A. Bullen Jr., an agent and employee on behalf for D. R. Griffin & Associates,
Inc. under contract to Enterprise Products to survey the above described Proposed Lease
Parcel, state the description hereon is a correct representation of a surve made under my
authority commencing on August 19, 20] 3.
