1) SEE PLAN ATTACHMENTS FOR BUILDING REQUIREMENTS.
2) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2009 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (IRC)
AND THE MANUFACTURERS INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS.
3) GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER SHALL FIELD VERIFY PLACEMENT OF COMPACTED
STRUCTURAL FILL; 1500 PSF. PROVIDE ENGINEER SEALED APPROVAL REPORT AT
UNDERGROUND PLUMBING INSPECTION.
4) STRUCTURAL ENGINEER SHALL FIELD VERIFY PLACEMENT OF REINFORCEMENT BARS,
HOLD-DOWNS, AND TENDON INSTALLATION. PROVIDE ENGINEER SEALED APPROVAL
REPORT AT UNDERGROUND PLUMBING INSPECTION.
5) STRUCTURAL ENGINEER SHALL FIELD VERIFY MEASURING OF POST TENSIONED SLAB
CONSTRUCTION. PROVIDE ENGINEER SEALED TENSIONING APPROVAL REPORT PRIOR TO
FRAMING INSPECTION.
6) ONE (1) HOUR FIRE-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION REQUIRED TO UNDERSIDE OF
WATERPROOF DECK PROJECTION PER 2009 IRC, TABLE R 302.1.
7) MINIMUM 8" X 8" WOOD POST REQUIRED AT WATERPROOF DECK, AS SPECIFIED PER
2009 IBC, 202.4.1, HEAVY TIMBER, OR PROVIDE ONE (1) HOUR FIRE-RESISTANT
CONSTRUCTION. (CONSIDERED THE SAME AS A WALL SUPPORTING FLOOR LOAD)
8) ENGINEERED FLOOR TRUSS SHOP DRAWINGS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION, 40 PSF.
9) ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSS SHOP DRAWINGS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION, 40 PSF.
10) ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL 15 REQUIRED FOR FRAMING INSPECTION.
11) ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR CO/FINAL INSPECTION.
