Box 907 Rifle, CO 81650 Garfield County BUILDING & PLANNING DEPARTMENT RE: Lots 62A and 62B, Antlers Orchard Subdivision — Final Plat Amendment Dear Mr. Stuver, I am writing this letter regarding the Matthew J. Stewart, Douglas Miles Stewart and Kimberley June Stewart application to amend the lot line between Lots 62A and 62B of the Antlers Orchard Subdivision. As per Article 5-305 (A)(5)(b) whereby the approved Final Plat shall be submitted to the Board for signature within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of approval of the final plat. In order for this application to comply with this time line the final plat needed to be signed by October 13, 2011. This did not occur, therefore the application is therefore deemed withdrawn.
