Other plans that are in line for review may be given attention before the new information may be reviewed after it has been provided to the Building Department. Please review this document to determine if you have enough information to design your project and provide adequate information to facilitate a plan review. Also, please consider using a design professional for assistance in your design and a construction professional for construction of your project. Any project with more than ten (10) occupants requires the plans to be sealed by a Colorado Registered Design Professional. BpminregFeb2005 7 ASPEN GLEN HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION Design Review Committee May 16, 2005 Mr. Brad Crawford 298 Park Avenue #A5 Basalt, CO 81621 Re: Lot RFM-39 Dear Brad, This is an amendment to the Letter dated May 12, 2005. After having talked with you, George Winne, and Mr. Komreich's neighbor Scott Picard, the DRC does hereby approve your final plan submittal in order for you to begin the building plan review process with Garfield County Building Department. This approval is conditioned upon the receipt of a revised landscape plan that provides greater detail for the north side of Mr. Kornreich's property. These plans will be reviewed by the DRC as well as Mr. Picard and once approved will become the landscape plan on record. However, these plans may be submitted after a building permit issued and prior to final inspection by the DRC. Again, the DRC is required to conduct three site inspections during the course of construction. It is the property owner's responsibility to inform me when the site is ready for a foundation inspection, the dry -in inspection, and the final inspection. Return of the full builder's deposit is contingent upon prompt and successful inspections and compliance with approved plans. The approved plans are kept on file. If it is necessary to make any adjustments to the approved plans please contact me for a DRC review prior to those changes being made in the field. Strict adherence to the landscape plan unless amended by the DRC could cause a withholding of the builder's bond deposit. in cerely, (X es ie Lamont, A Aspen Glen DRC Cc: George Winne Scott Picard PO Box 400 • CARBONDALE, CO 81623 OFFICE 970-963-3362 • 11amontesopris.net Applicant 1`` PLAN RE EW CHECKLIST/ ref& Date 6 -76--o3 Building Engineered Foundation riveway Permit AA yed Site Plan Al 4 Septic Permit and Setbacks ade/Topography 30% Attaph Residential Plan Review List um Application Questionnaire Subdivision Plat Notes far Fire Department Review ion Determination/Fees ine Plans/Stamps/Sticker Conditions `Application Signed //an Reviewer To Sign Application C-/Parcel/Schedule No. 40# Snowload Letter- Manf.
