I cd on site at 9:00 AM. I met with Mr. Mike Ballew with TPI Industrial Inc. to review project requirements and job specifications. The steel erector for the project is TPI Industrial. Visual inspection was conducted at the Lower Roof f=raming Plan level on the 5/8", j/4", and 7/8" ASTM A325 high strength structural bolted beam to beam and beam to column connections at grid lines A - B & 1 - 3 of the approved job site drawings provided by B&C Steel dated 10,4/2014. Project requirements indicate "turn of the nut" tension requirements. As a minimum, 10% of all bolts, but not less than 2 bolts per connection were inspected for periodic inspection requirements. All ASTM A325 High Strength structural bolts inspected were observed to be adequately tensioned to project bolt tension requirements. Respectfully Submitted, Aaron M.
