Dear Mr. Jarman:
Encana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. (Encana) has transferred the East Mamm Compressor Station to Grand
River Gathering, LLC (Grand River). Encana requests that all permits associated with the East Mamm
Compressor Station, including building permits 9410 and 9138, and any future correspondence be
transferred and directed to Grand River effective October 27, 2011.
As existing permittee, I hereby agree to the transfer of the above -referenced permits and all
responsibilities thereof.
