Plans must include a floor plan, a concrete footing and foundation plan, elevations all sides with decks, balcony, steps, hand rails and guard rails, windows and doors, including the finish grade line. A section showing.in detail, from the bottom of the footing to the top of the roof, including re -bar, anchor bolts, pressure treated plates, floor joists, wall studs and spacing, insulation, sheeting, house - rap, (which is required), siding or any approved building material. A prellmMary geotechnical report was conducted by HP Geotsch In 2002, as referenced above. Yeh and Associates. Inc. work was done In accordance we our agreement for geotechnical engineering services for Grace Homes, Inc. dated November 6, 2004. Based on conversations with the dieet, single-family residence's aro planned on these Iota. We anticipate the foundations will consist of a concrete mat with thickened edges. The soils exposed In the pit consisted of native slily to sandy clay to maximum explored depth of approximately 4 feet Results of swell -consolidation tasting pertoimed on three samples of the clay Indicate the soils have low to moderate compressibility 1-0.4 to -3.9 percent) when wetted under an applied pressure of 000 pat. A slave snalysle tests truncated that the native soils consist of approximately 66 to 89 percent low to moderate plasticity silt and clay, 12 to 22 percent sand, and 0 to 22 percent gravel.
