Dave & Peter,
The aforementioned project was designed based on previously submitted and approved
drawings by Colonna Builders. The foundation and framing was designed in accordance
with the existing as -built condition of the current structure, as well as taking into
account the existing as -built conditions and soils conditions associated with the adjacent
property which we also designed/engineered.
