THIS DEED made by ESTA ARLENE ESTES, as Personal Representative
of the Estate of WILLIAM WALTER GENTRY, a/k/a WILLIAM W. GENTRY and
WILLIAM GENTRY, Deceased, Grantor, to ESTA ARLENE ESTES and CORA LEA
GENTRY, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, whose address is
P.O. Box K, Meeker, Colorado, Grantees;
WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of the above named Decedent
was made and executed in the lifetime of the Decedent and is dated
January 11, 1989, which Will was duly admitted to probate on April 17,
2002 in the District Court in and for the County of Rio Blanco, State
of Colorado, Probate No. 02PR6;
WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative of
said Estate on May 29, 2002, and is now qualified and acting in said
capacity; and,
THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers conferred upon Grantor by the
Colorado Probate Code, Grantor does sell, convey, assign, transfer, and
set over unto said Grantees, as the persons entitled to distribution
