REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF AMENDED PLAT Submitted herewith is a preliminary drawing of a proposed Amended Plat of Tract 30 and Tract 35, Antlers Orchard Developnent Company, Plat No. l-., including a vacation of the right-of-Idaylying between Tracts 30 and 35, as designated on Antlers Orchard Development Plat No. l-. The amended plat will reflect a new record boundary line between Tract 30 and Tract 35, which conforms to anexisting fenceline between the two tracts which has been in place and in use for many years. The ovrner of Tract 30 has quitclaimed that portion of Tract 30 as originally platted, lying south of thefenceline, to the owner of Tract 35. It is requested that the Board of County Commi-ssioners approve an Amended Plat recognizing the existing fenceline as the boundary between Tract 30 and Tract 35 and eliminating the right-of-way between the two Tracts as depicted on the original plat ofthe Antlers Orchard Development Company. That right-of-way is notin place nor does it appear to have ever been accepted by publicuse. Adjoining tracts which might otherwise make use of suchright-of-!ilay have access to the county road system via private easements and via the right-of-hray depicted on the Antlers Orchard Development Company PIat No. 1 running along the east boundaries ofTracts 30 and 35, southerly, to County Road 250.
