92 lrlest, Sixth P.M., to be in C. Franklin Ryden, free and clear
liens and encumbrances excepting the following:
1. Subject to the usual reservations contained in
United States Patents under the Act of April 24,
L82A, whereby the property is subject to any
vested and accrued water rights for mining,
agricultural, manufacturing or other purposes,
and rights to ditches and reservoirs used in
connection with such water rightsr ds may be
recogni zed and acknowledged. l:y the local cus-
toms, laws and decisions of the courts, and also
subject to the right of the proprietor of a veinor lode to extract and remove his ore therefrom,
should. the same be found to penetrate or inter-sect the premises hereby granted, 4s provided by

supplemental Abstract to No. 240L, dated May 29, 1951' recorded JUne
