Warson Road St. Louis MO 63124 Dear Chris ~ LOS PINONES HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION 5329 COUN TY ROAD 100 CARBONDALE , Co 81623 PHONE: 970·963-70 12 FAX: 970-963·8412 The purpose of this letter is to approve your architectural drawings and plans for Los Pinones Lot 3. Specifically, your plans meet the height restrictions, material restrictions (rusted color roof or slate roof and bam wood exterior) and limited landscape damage from the removal of trees. Also, when executing to this plan it is essential you follow both the plan and the Protective Covenants for Los Pinones Ranch Subdivision. The one issue I raised with you in our discussion is your need to maintain the road and repair any damage to it caused by your construction at your expense. Please indicate to me that this requirement will be met. Also, it is important that your contractor and subcontractors abide by reasonable construction hours (7:00am to 5 :00pm) and tries to minimize the noise before 8 :30 am to mitigate any disturbance to any of the other lot owners. We would expect that you and your contractor would usc best efforts to help keep the noise at a minimum before 8:30am. Finally, the covenants explain the requirements and procedures for the location and types of equipment and temporary structures on your lot during construction and you are required to abide by these requirements.
