when the following proceedings, among others were had and done, to -wit:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-47
A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE SKETCH PLAN SUBMITTAL FOR CEDAR RIDGE
SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, Sandy Smith has filed an application with the Planning Department of
Garfield County for the approval of a sketch plan in the Agricultural/Residential/
Rural Density (A/R/RD) Zone District; and
WHEREAS, based on the material submitted by the applicant and the comments of
Garfield County Planning Department, this Board finds as follows:
1. That the sketch plan conforms to Section 4.01 Sketch Plan Requirements of the

Garfield County Zoning Resolutions.
2. That the sketch plan conforms to the requirements of the zone district which
the development is in.
3. That for the above -stated and other reasons, the proposed sketch plan appears
to qualify for approval by this Board.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following conditions shall be placed upon
approval:
1. That the major access road within the subdivision be constructed to county
standards, except for chip and seal.
