CIVIL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING AND DESIGN In response to your letter dated April 21, 2005, attached are two (2) copies of the following documents: 1) Preliminary Plan Maps — 24"x36" The Preliminary Plan Maps have been modified to incorporate the lot setbacks per Section 4:50 (I) of the Subdivision Regulations and the City of Rifle easements per Section 4:50 (0). 2) Title Commitment — 3 pages A Title Commitment is included per Section 4:60 (G) of the Subdivision Regulations. Please replace the preliminary plan maps in the previously submitted Preliminary Plan Submittals for the Booms Place Subdivision under Tab 2. Please insert the Title Commitment under Tab 4. Thanks in advance. This should incorporate all the comments from your letter dated April 21, 2005 and complete the submittal. Please call to discuss the time frame for the public hearings.
