(See attached Exhibit A for description of completed improvements.) NOW THEREFORE, at the request of Spring Creek and in consideration of the premises and prior. agreements; the Board hereby acknowledges the partial' satisfaction of-ttie Subdivision Improvements Agreement entered into by Spring Creek and the Board, for the Cedar Hills Ranch Subdivision, and recommends release of $107,358 of the amount secured by the Disbursement Agreement.
