Description of Project: Amend th e Preliminary Plan and PUD zoning as follows :
1 . Amend the drainage p lan to shift the detenti o n basin to the north end of the sod fa rm area in ord er to minimize impacts on conserved lands;
2. Redesign Lots 9 and 13 of Block 2 to allow cul-d e-sacs to be removed from co nserved area;
3. Amend Phasing Plan to shift requirem ents for improvements to County Road 11 4 from Phase II to Phase II;
4 . Revised language in Condition 14 of Resolution 2012-80 to clarify that the central water system must be reviewed under the COPHE regulations for ~community~ waster systems.
