Tim:
I wanted to get back with you on Condition 14 which states:
14. Prior to the approval of the first final plat submittal for approval subsequent to this Resolution, the Applicant shall
meet all applicable Colorado Department of Public Health (CDPHE) regulations for a non‐transient non‐community water
system.
After speaking with CDPHE, the water system would not be classified as non‐transient non‐community but rather a
community water system. Filing 2 proposes 14 lots which will generate more than 25 people year round (14 lots x 2.7 =
37.8 people). The 2.7 multiplier is what CDPHE uses. If the community system serves 25 or more people then you’ll
need to submit to CDPHE: 1) Technical, Managerial, and Financial; and, 2) Engineering Design. Call Bret Icenogle at (303)
692‐3278 with CDPHE to discuss further what you need to submit. I’ve attached to this email the information Bret sent
me.
