The fence doesn't reflect the present lot line. The fence has been standing for more than twenty years. We would like to change the legal property line to reflect the fence line. We have provided survey maps that show the present lot line and the proposed lot line. The change would add 633 square feet more or less to the Fender property. Gene Roberts and I, also, share a well that is located on Mr. Roberts property. I would deed back my share of the well to Mr. Roberts, (both properties have domestic water taps from the City of Carbondale I would hope that you will consider our request for the change .
