Enclosed are (2) sets of Construction Plans, Building Permit Application,
and a check for $667.50 to start the building permit process for the above
job. I will send (2) sets of the Engineered Foundation Design as soon as
they are ready which should be early in the week. Like everyoneelse we
wish to start construction as soon as possible.
This is a modified "Aspen" Plan which is one of the standard Battlement Mesa
Plans. We have added a 4th bedroom and bathroom and increased the garage to
a three -car garage as well as increased some of the room dimensions to meet
the size requirements for Battlement Creek Village. The front roof -lines
have been hipped for architectural variation in the subdivision.
Please let me know if anything additional is needed for plan review and
permit.
