I hereby certify that on October 9, 1980, a survey was conducted under
my direct supervision of Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and the Southerly
4.00 feet of even width of Lot 25, all in Block 13, Amended Plat of the
Townsite of Cooperton (being Lots 18 and 19 of Section 28, Township 7
South, Range 88 West of the 6th Principal Meridian), Garfield County,
Colorado. A two-story frame house and a two-story frame shed were found
to be on said lots as shown on this plat. The location and dimensions
of all buildings, improvements, easements and rights-of-way in evidence
or known to me and encroachments by or on the premises are accurately
shown. This survey is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and
belief.
