Narrative to explain why amended plat is being requested as per Garfield County subdivision
regulation 6:10-F:
To Whom it may concern,
We are attempting to amend our plat, as per the request of the building department, to reduce the
lots that are currently shown (7), to a single property to alleviate potential problems with the area,
and to be able to remodel and enlarge the current building that is on the property. At this time the
building is located on four of the seven lots we own. The addition we are planning will partially
move onto the fifth lot, with the new septic system for the house to go on the sixth listed lot.
