REQUIRE ENGINEERING. 4) STRUCURAL ALTERATIONS, SPECIFICALLY FOR BASEMENT STAIRS, REQUIRE MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS OR ENGINEER SEALED DETAIL. 5) A SEPARATE BUILDING PERMIT 15 REQUIRED TO FINISH BASEMENT. 6) PROVIDE SPILL CONTROL AND VENTILATION OF STORAGE BATTERY ROOM AS REQUIRED PER 2009 INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE. ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS MUST BE PERFORMED BY A COLORADO LICENSED ELECTRICIAN. 8) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY THE COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
