Dear Sir:
This letter serves to identify the Mesa Ridge Townhome Association as the party
responsible for the maintenance of the roofs in our neighborhood. The
association gives permission to CJ Construction to perform the work per contract
signed by the association and by CJ Construction.
The applications (2) represent two buildings. Cost for each permit is $100.00.
And we acknowledge that we owe $100.00 for the stop work order. A check for
$300.00 is enclosed.
