Mike,
Brent did take out a building permit for 1655 CR 109. It is permit number BLRE-4-15-3602 approved on 4-23-15. We did
a foundation inspection on May 14, 2015. Keep working on him and 1 will get the guys to also communicate that he
needs to work with you on the driveway. Sounds like he needs a new alignment. You might send him a formal letter
related to his driveway permit he signed, no driveway approval no C.O. That should get his attention. Let us know if you
need more help.

Hi Andy,
Sorry for the phone tag yesterday. I was hoping you can help me on a driveway issue with Brent Lough. He pulled a
driveway permit with Road & Bridge in mid March. He was to construct the driveway first within the first 30 days. I gave
him permission to wait on paving the apron until construction was completed due to concrete trucks and construction
deliveries. He roughed in the driveway and has not done anything sense. I've contacted him a couple of time encouraging
him to complete the driveway. Two of the main issues is it's too steep, and drainage is dumping onto CR 109. Can you tie
this driveway to a building permit or let me borrow Wade?

it.
