PO Drawer 790 Glenwood Springs CO 81602 RE: Eastbank, LLC Lot 3 — New Well Water Quantity Dear Sara: August 26, 2015 At your request, Resource Engineering, Inc. (RESOURCE) analyzed the water quantity of the recently constructed well on Lot 3 of the Eastbank, LLC Minor Subdivision. The well was drilled and completed by Shelton Drilling Corporation on August 5, 2015, and a pumping test was conducted by Ray's Well Done Pump Service on August 11, 2015. Well Construction The Lot 3 well was constructed to a depth of 100 feet. The well is stratographically located within the Eagle Valley Formation and located approximately 400 feet from the Roaring Fork River on the inside of an oxbow in the river. The static water level was recorded at 46 feet and appears to be generally consistent with the elevation of the river. Pumping Test A 4 hour pumping test was conducted by Ray's Well Done Pump Service on August 11, 2015. The static water level was measured at 45.08 feet below the top of casing. The well was pumped at a rate of 33 gpm (the full capacity of the test pump) for 4 hours. The total volume of water pumped was 7,920 gallons. The water level in the well was drawn down approximately 40.8 feet to a level approximately 85.9 feet below the top of casing as shown on Figure 1. The water level in the well was monitored after the pump was shut off to evaluate recovery of the aquifer. The water level in the well recovered to 88 percent of the static water level after 4 hours as shown on Figure 2. Based on analysis of the drawdown and recovery data, RESOURCE estimates the reliable yield of the Lot 3 Well is between 10 and 15 gpm.
