Building permit 7912 was issued in 1999 and lists the setbacks as 10' rather than the 15' required by the PUD. A recent ILC indicates that the corner of the home encroaches into the required 15' side yard setback by 11". Applicant would like to remedy this error and obtain a variance from the side yard setback.
