Dear Meghan,
Please accept this letter as confirmation that the above referenced property is included in the Mid Valley
Metropolitan District service area for water and sewer.
Please note that as per an IGA with Garfield County, evidence of paid tap fees is required before a building
permit will be issued. Sewer tap fees are currently $6649 per EQR. Water tap fees are currently $4432 per EQR,
but if you can provide evidence that you are using a raw -water irrigation system the water tap fee will be
reduced by 25% ($3324 per EQR).
Please nate that there is a standard 5% tap fee increase on July 1st every year.
Also, all lots in Cerise Ranch are required to pay $11,000 surcharge as a reimbursement for infrastructure.
