All of the above requirements must be met or your plans will be retumed. All plans submitted must be incompliance with the 1997 UBC, UMC and 1997 UPC. Is a site plan included that identifies the location of the proposed structure or addition and distances to the property lines from each corner of the proposed structure(s) prepared by a licensed surveyor and has the surveyors signature and professional stamp on the drawing?
