Dear Hayden,
As requested, we reviewed the referenced report by HP Geotech.
Based on our review, the tensioning elongations of the post -tensioning cables were all reported to be
measured within the variances noted on the plans for each cable. The comparison for the elongations for
these cables appear to have been based on the foundation plans, dated April 10, 2015. 1t is our opinion
that all of the reported cable lengths are in general conformance with the elongations required in the noted
plans.
The scope of our review is limited to the items listed above.
