A driveway approach is understood to be that portion ofthe county road right -of way bin the pavement edge and the property line that is designed and used for the interchange of traffic between the roadway and abutting p'oPerty 2. At any intersection, a driveway shall be resixkted for a sufficient distance from the intersection to preserve the normal and safe movemeayt of traffic. (It is recommended for anal residence entrances that a minimum intersection clearance of 50 feet be provided and for rural commercial entrances a minimum of 100 feet be provided.) 3. All entrances and exits shall be so located and constructed that vehicles approaching or using than will be able to obtain adequate sight distance in both directions along the county road in order to maneuver safely and without interfering with county road traffic. 4.
