Re: Final Design Review Committee Approval
Dear Ken
This is a letter of Final Design Review Committee approval for Lot 32, 76 Bristlecone
Drive at Blue Creek Ranch based on the plans dated 10/1/03 from John Muir Architects.
Thank you for an excellent design. It will be a great addition to the neighborhood.
Before construction starts, Leigh Sheldrake and Randy need to meet to discuss some of
the construction issues such as staging, fencing, sanitary and facilities.
Thanks again for your time and efforts, I look forward to a productive collaboration on
this and other projects.

Dear Ken
Regarding your request for a Driveway Permit for Lot 32 within the Blue Creek Ranch P.U.D.:
Our opinion is that, as the owner of Lot 32, 76 Bristlecone Drive, you have all rights to access
your lot with a driveway from the private street within Blue Creek Ranch.
We do need to insure installation of a proper culvert for street drainage to pass through the bar
ditch in the street easement forward of your lot.
The entrances of Blue Creek Ranch from CR 100 were issued driveway permits through Garfield
County Road and Bridge. Please let us know if you need any further information.
Yours truly,
