Crawl spaoe to be ventillated as per code. Access hole provided --30" X36". Exterior walls,8" thick by 30" high, will be concrete, supported by 8" thick by 16" wide concrete footer. These walls will support no weight. Their purpose is to allow banking of yard dirt - - to enshure proper drainage away from Home. Four continuous footers,24" wide by 8" thick, with 3 ;l4 rebar continuous for length of footer, will provide support for factory manufactured metal, triangular, supports, with levelling screws. Supports to be installed 3 ft. on center on all four footers running entire length of foundation. The above mentioned continuous footers also will provide for four "tie downs" on each end of home. Pads of concrete, 24" by 24" will be provided down center of foundation to provide support for 40 lb. snow load.
