Present were Steve Caple, Glen Cleland, Darin Alfstad, and myself. We take no exception to the second floor addition over the main house, but request you develop the architectural plans and elevations further so we may properly evaluate the garage and covered walk addition. The covenants require you maintain a minimum 5:12 pitch over both the main house structure, and all auxiliary structures as well. We know there may be and issue maintaining this minimum slope over the garage given the plan shape of it, and constraints of the lot. The committee can grant variances in these instances. There were no comments on the second floor addition, so as long as you maintain the same roof line, you may proceed on this portion separately. We would remind you that our covenants require that all construction meet the requirements of Garfield County and proper permits obtained. Thank you for your submittal.
