When minimum building setbacks and maximum heights are pushed to the limits, verification is always required. As the site plan specifies that the" fences may not coincide with the property lines," our inspectors cannot make accurate measurements. Therefore, a survey, sealed by a Colorado Licensed Surveyor, is required to verify the setbacks for the proposed structures. Please provide a copy of the sealed survey at foundation inspection.
