RE: Gilead Gardens Skerch Plan
DearMr. Lewis:
The Planning Commission at la* night's meeting expressed the following ooncerns with the Gilead
Gardens proposal:
o The Planning Cornmission suggested that the developer review the River View Ranch and see
what ideas they had that might be relevant to Gilead Gardens.
o Roads are public in the subdivision and meet with all emergency service requirements.
o What about splitting Lot 8 into two lots and creating as Lot 9 dedicated to the HOA and let the
HOA pay the property tax.. Eroding banks might be a problerq have more information about available at time of Preliminary
Plan.o Shared wells are corsidelpd a central water supply
. Check to see if a loop road will work better to preserve the internal open space.
