CDOT & Roaring Fork Railroad Association right-of-way, the preliminary plan will be submitted to these agencies for their approval and comment . Speak to Glenwood Springs about hooking onto their water line to service this dwelopment. This will provide a central water sys0em and assist in fire protection. o Access to this development; Road and Bridge wants the access point moved southerly. All roads in the development will have to be public. Think about a looped road in this dwelopment.o There is a question concerning how this development might impact the signalization trigger for the Rose Ranch subdivision. The dweloper stated that this shouldn't effect that mechanism significanfly.o No building envelopes in the flood plain or flood fringe area.
