1) SEE PLAN ATTACHMENTS FOR BUILDING REQUIREMENTS.
2) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2009 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (IRC)
AND THE MANUFACTURERS INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS.
3) GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER SHALL FIELD VERIFY PLACEMENT OF COMPACTED
STRUCTURAL FILL; 1500 PSF. PROVIDE ENGINEER SEALED APPROVAL REPORT AT
UNDERGROUND PLUMBING INSPECTION.
4) STRUCTURAL ENGINEER SHALL FIELD VERIFY PLACEMENT OF REINFORCEMENT BARS,
HOLD-DOWNS, AND TENDON INSTALLATION. PROVIDE ENGINEER SEALED APPROVAL
REPORT AT UNDERGROUND PLUMBING INSPECTION,
5) STRUCTURAL ENGINEER SHALL FIELD VERIFY MEASURING OF POST TENSIONED SLAB
CONSTRUCTION. PROVIDE ENGINEER SEALED APPROVAL REPORT PRIOR TO FRAMING
INSPECTION.
6) ROOF AND SURFACE DRAINAGE MUST COMPLY WITH 2009 IRC, SECTION 801.3 AND THE
RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER. REFER TO ATTACHED REPORT.
7) ONE (1) HOUR FIRE-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION IS REQUIRED TO EXTERIOR WALLS AND
TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT (25%) MAXIMUM OPENINGS ALLOWED. ONE (1) HOUR FIRE-
RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION IS REQUIRED TO UNDERSIDE OF ROOF PROJECTIONS PER
2009 IRC, TABLE R302.1. AS NOTED ON PLANS.
8) ENGINEERED TRUSS SHOP DRAWINGS ARE REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION, 40 PSF.
9) ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FRAMING INSPECTION.
10) ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL 15 REQUIRED FOR CO/FINAL INSPECTION.
