BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT
NARRATIVE
The northwesterly boundary between the Elderkin and Fenno properties is the
existing corral. Joann Elderkin was desirous of acquiring land around the corral
and barn and Fenno's agreed to deed some land.
The new boundary was to be an existing fence on the west, the toe of slope of
the East Lateral of the Farmer's Irrigation Company Ditch on the east, and a line
through a railroad tie post on the north.
This gives Elderkin working room around the corral and allows a proper setback
for the existing barn.
No mineral rights will be transferred.
No covenants are attached to these properties.
No liens encumber either property.
