Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d) as amended, and
Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,

INSTRUMENT RENTALS
A parcel of land situated in Lot 6 of Section 16, Township 6 South, Range 93
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, lying Westerly of the Westerly line of
an alley and Southerly of the Southerly right-of-way line of project I-70-1
(12) section 4, said parcel of land is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of said alley, whence the South 14
Corner of said Section 16 bears: S.07°38'53" E. 1077.84 feet; thence N.89°
54'00" W. 100.00 feet; thence N.08°55'00" W. 98.17 feet to a point on the
Southerly right-of-way line of said I-70; thence N.75°10'35" E. along said
right-of-way line, 99.29 feet to a point on the Westerly line of said alley;
thence S.08°55'00" E. along the Westerly line of said alley, 124.07 feet to
the point of beginning.
The above described parcel of land contains 0.25 acres, more or less.
