B4-117 A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH GRANTING AN EXEMPTTON FROMSUBDIVISION REGULATIONS FOR PAUL AND VTRGINIA LAPPALA. THE GARFIELD COUNTY WHEREAS, Paul anq.virginia Lappala have petitioned the Board of Countyloyni. sioners of Garfield Countyr-bolorado, tor an exemption from thedefinition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided land,, under c.R.S.1973, 30-28-I01 (I0) (a)-(d), as amended, and the Subdivision ne!uiationsof Garfield county, colorado, adopted January z, Lg|g, sections 2.o2.zL(d) and 3.02-0I for the division of a 30.97 acre tract described asfollows: that parcel of lano as described in Book 436, page 4Og, as filedin the office of the clerk and Recorder of Garfield county, cororado, into2 l'acts of approximatery 18.58 acres and L2.3g acres each, more or less,wnich rproposed divided tracts are more particularly-described in theattached Exhibit A.
