As portable toilet facilities are proposed, please verify if a batch plant is in operation at this site. 3) If known, please provide a duration time for the temporary scale house/office structure. A separate correspondence or reply to this email addressing the above items will suffice. Thank you for your time in this request. Feel free to forward any questions or concerns. Authorization—We, Clifford Cerise Ranch Company, have filed authorizations on the Land use application allowing United Companies and their parent group to sign all applications on this property on our behalf. They are still allowed by us, Clifford Cerise Ranch Company to apply for and receive applications and permits for this property. 2. Batch Plant — United companies does not plan on having a batch plant on this site at this time. No batch plant is anticipated in the foreseeable future. 3. Duration of the Office/Scale House — It is anticipated that the Office/Scale house will be on the site for the life of the gravel pit. Hopefully this answers your questions and concerns, if not please let me know what additional information we need to provide. Thank you, Michael Cerise, General Partner Clifford Cerise Ranch Co.
