From the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terms are used
and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101(a) - (d) and the Garfield County
Subdivision Regulations, for the reasons stated below:
That the petitioners desire to split property leaving the existing home
with the 2.0 acre tract, and selling the 3.13 acre tract. There are now
two good springs on the tract, located at opposite ends of the property.
One spring now provides water for the existing house and garden. The
southerly spring could provide plenty of water for a home and the 3.13
acre tract. Ingress and egress can be provided from county road 117
to each of the above tracts.
Submitted at Glenwood Springs, Colorado, this day of ,
1977.
