PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the undersigned
respectfully
petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to
exempt by resolution the division of 0/ acre tract of land into 71_
tracts of approximately , Ci" 5,r/ acres each, more or less, and
which tract to be subdivided is more particularly described as follows:

from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terms are used
and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (a) -(d) and the Garfield County
Subdivision Regulations, for thereasons stated below:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: 2 Acre Parcel
A parcel of land situate in Lot 15 of Section 7, Township 7 South,
Range 88 West of the 6th Principal Meridian being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly boundary line of a tract of
land described in Document No. 260508 of the records of the Clerk
and Recorder of Garfield County, Colorado, said point also being
on the westerly right-of-way line of a county road asbuilt and in
place whence the southeast corner of said Section 7 bears S 47° 43'
16" E 2126.81 feet; thence N 14° 35' 37" W 294.63 feet along said
westerly right-of-way line; thence west 283.76 feet to a point on
the easterly right-of-way line of Colorado State Highway No. 82;
thence S 06° 08' 10" E 286.77 feet along said easterly right-of-way
line to said southerly boundary line of a tract of land described
in Document No. 260508; thence along said southerly boundary line
east 327.34 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.00 acres
more or less.
