PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) - (d) as amended, and the
Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted January 2, 1979 Section
2.02.01 (d) and 3.02.01 the undersigned Harold L. Loesch and Jeanne A. Loesch
respectfully petitioners the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado,
to exempt by resolution the division of 39.73 ±
tracts of approximately 39.3366 and .3934 ±
acre tract of land into two (2)
acres each, more or less,
from the difinitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as the terms are used and
defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) - (d) and the Garfield County Sub-
division Regulations, for the reasons stated below:
To provide a piece of ground to be sold in the future to Harold and Kay Bumgardner.
This property would provide access to the Bumgardners from County Road 311 to their
property.
In support of this petition, the petitioner also submits the following:

of Colorado, do herby certify that the above shown survey of a

as follows: Commencing at an iron post with a brass cap properly
marked for the N.E. Corner of said Section 25, the True Point of
