I hope that you are doing well today.
As per my conversation with Andy Schwaller today, I have requested the extension of the expiration date of bui lding
permit number BLC0-8-14-3350-WPX Energy Dewatering Facility from 6/8/15 to 12/8/15. After conversations with
WPX Energy, we feel that this i s a reasonable timeline in which to determine whether or not construction of the building
will move forward.
Please confirm via email that this extension has been granted.
