We have reviewed the documents provided for the above mentioned property including:
1. Subsoil Study prepared by HP Gcotech dated January 9, 2015.
2. Roof Plan prepared by KA Designworks dated September 11, 2015.
3. Layout and Grading Plan by RCLA dated August 25, 2015.
It is our determination the grading as shown on the Layout and Grading Pan will direct stormwater
run-off away from the proposed residence and will prevent run-off onto adjacent properties. The
proposed drywell will be constructed as shown on the attached detail.
AH recommendations put forth in the subsoil study shall be adhered to.
