LIMBACH and GENEVIEVE LIMBACH by their attorney, Thomas W. Stuver, respectfully submit the attached Sketch Plan of a proposed division of property located in Garfield County which wouLd result in the creation of tI^7o tracts of land, each of which will be less than 35 acres in area, and petition the Board to exemPt the partition of these tracts from the provisions of the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations. It is the intention of the Petitioners to se1l the portion of the property described as Parcel'B to their son for use as a single family residence site and as the base of operations for his apiary business. The Petitioners would retain Parcel A fot agricultural use' 1 3. The PeLitioners are unable to proceed with the partition and sale of their ProPerty without permission of the Board of County Comrissioners. 4. If the proposed partition of property is approved and exempted from the subdivision regulations, a single family residence could be located upon each of the resulting tracts 5.
