N0W, THER-EFORE, upon motion of seconded by and unanimously carried, the partition of the subj ect property into tv,ro Lracts described as Parcels A and B, is hereby exempted from such definitions and said property may be partitioned into a tract of 23.57 acres, more or less, clescribed as parcel A and a tract of land containing 4.L45 acres, aore or 1ess, described as Parcel B; provided that any sewage disposal system to be installed on the tracts shaIl comply with the State and County Sanitary regulations and be approved by the County Sanitarian.
