Enclosed is a copy of the Preliminary Plan submitted for the CEDAR RIDGE
SUBDIVISION. Our records indicate that this subdivision was referred to your agency in
earlier October. To date, we have not received your comments. Due to the level of
development in Garheld County, it may have been our oversight. If this is the case, please
contact me as soon as possible, so we can collect the review fee from the developer.
This application will be reviewed at a public hearing on Decembr 12,1995 by the Board of
County Commissioners. A condition of approval will be a favorable review by your
department, as well as any conditions the Geologic Survey recommends.
